Subscription, Payment and Delivery Terms
- Customers can enroll in 12 months gold savings plan and make payments monthly with our monthly gold savings scheme.
- Customers can select to make payments either via, Cash on Delivery, Easy Internet Link Payment that would be sent over WhatsApp or email, or can walk into our office and make a cash payment or swipe credit/debit card on the POS machine. (We will provide an invoice for all the payments and selected subscription plan).
- Delivery of the Gold Bar will be made within UAE only once the order is placed.
- Customers should complete 12 months subscription in the gold savings scheme to be eligible for buyback at the same price.
- For Buyback at the same price customers shall provide the invoice and the packaging should not be damaged or tampered.
